Native English and Spanish, intermediate Mandarin, dual US-Spain citizen. Investing runs on relationships - my background lets me engage founders and LPs across geographies without friction, access Spanish-language deal flow across LatAm and Iberian markets, and build trust faster across cultural barriers.

An investment firm's team and mission are my priority. Track record under pressure: ran IB recruiting, PE work, and coursework simultaneously. Moved from Mallorca to Madrid to Boston to San Francisco to Chicago - each move self-initiated. Founded AI Club in high school and AUTO Group at Northeastern when no one was paying attention to AI.

Proactive

I don't wait to be told what to do. I identify gaps, take initiative, and act before being asked. Whether it's walking into restaurants with a printed resume, founding a club when there wasn't one, or building a platform a firm didn't know it needed - I move first.

Constantly Learning

I treat every environment as a classroom. I research obsessively, take notes, ask questions, and seek out people who know more than me. I don't need to be the smartest in the room - I need to be learning faster than everyone else in it.

Team and Mission-Driven

I work best when I deeply believe in what we're building and who I'm building it with. The mission comes first. I don't optimize for credit - I optimize for the outcome. A strong team executing on a clear thesis is what I want to be part of.

In Search of Truthful Feedback

I actively seek out criticism. Comfortable feedback doesn't make you better. I want to know what I'm getting wrong, what I'm missing, and what I could do differently. I take it seriously and act on it.

I gravitate toward ownership. Give me a problem and I will take full responsibility for solving it - not partial, not shared. I don't deflect and I don't make excuses. If something is mine to fix, I fix it.
